PT. Binari Digital Teknologi (Binari) was established in February 2022 as the reborn entity of PT. TribeCloud Solutions Indonesia (TribeCloud) which was established in June 2014.

Binari Digital Teknologi (Binari) was founded with a mission to create innovative, all-in-one engagement and loyalty solutions tailored to meet the needs of both external customers—clients, users, and consumers—and internal stakeholders, including corporate employees and partners. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted consultant and development partner, crafting customized solutions for a wide range of industries.

Driven by the diverse and evolving needs of our clients, we have broadened our portfolio to include technology consulting and bespoke solution development, empowering us to address complex challenges across multiple industry verticals.

In 2022, we rebranded as Binari Digital Teknologi, marking a pivotal step in our journey of innovation and growth. Building on this foundation, we now offer ready-to-use products with limited customization, including ERP solutions for Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management, Document Management Systems (DMS), Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, contact center and workforce management systems, and field service management platforms.

In addition, we have expanded into user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) research and design services, enabling businesses to deliver seamless, intuitive digital experiences.
